Abstract
This paper presents a simple two-dimensional coordinate conversion method based on the principle of orthogonal matrix for the plane coordinate conversion problems. The results show that this method is more precise,easy to calculate and practical,which will play a positive role for the two-dimensional coordinate conversion in general surveying and mapping work.
