According to the Western experience,when the per capita GDP in one country reaches3 0 0 to1 ,0 0 0 US dollars,the time for boosting housing consumption in that country becomes ripe.To add a driving force to the expansion of the housing market in our country, the role of mortgage loan is not to be neglected. This article,a case study of the problems involved in the issuing of mortgage loan,attempts to evaluate objectively the positive roles mortgage loan plays at the present stage housing market.
