As a theory of development with Chinese characteristics in the new historical circumstances,the scientific outlook on development requires properly handling the relationship between economy and society.Economic and social development has an interactive relationship: economic development requires good social environment and conditions and should be oriented to social development;social development requires the basis of economic development and is the ultimate objective and motivation of economic development.According to the new economic sociology,economic action is a kind of social structure,and economic action and market are embedded in social relations and affected and constrained by social factors.
