Discussion on a Harmonious Four-in-one Population Policy during the Course of Approaching to a Harmonious Society——Birth Control,Urbanization,Land Reforming and Social Security

This paper, by taking further reducing fertility as main target, proposes a four-in-one multiple reforming scheme to promote the social development in China. The paper also draws the blueprint of a dual social provision system for the aged population. It believes that taking population ageing and the aged provision burden as argument for relaxing birth control policy is groundless both in theory and in reality.
