Abstract
Growth hormone receptor is a member of the super-family of PRL/GH/Cytokine/Hemotopioet receptors, which, combined with growth hormone(GH),regulates the growth and development of chicken. The present research about GHR in chicken focuses more on the GHR variation between normal chicken and dwarf chicken. This article reviews the studies on the structure and expression of GHR gene, and the relationship between polymorphism of GHR gene and performance.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
