Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical features and the time of the operation of bifrontotemporal contusion and laceration. Methods 36 patients of the bifrontotemporal contusion and laceration were classified typeⅠand typeⅡby CT scan and retrospectively analyzed in the treatments. Results Among all the 36 patients,21 patients were operative and 15 nonoperative. There were different between the patients of operative and nonoperative in cisterna of skull base. Conclusion The cisternas of skull base have changed after bifrontotemporal contusion and laceration,which is the important operative sign.
