Management of County-level Power Supply Enterprise under the "Three-Intensive Management and Five-Large Scale Development" System

China State Grid Corp vigorously promotes the countryside,new power,new service development strategy and ThreeIntensive Management and Five-Large Scale Development key work,which requires grass-roots power supply company to innovate the new mechanism of rural power management.Many power companies constructed the new mechanism of rural power management from new management idea,standard construction,training management,special rectification and performance management in view of the reality,and had achieved obvious effects through practical application.Three-Intensive Management and Five-Large Scale Development is put forward in the company's development strategy,and it implements two changes: changing the mode of enterprise development,changing the mode of power grid development.According to the requirements of group operation,intensive development,lean management,and standardization construction,they should implement the intensive management to human resources,financial,and materials,and construct large-scale planning,construction,operation,production,marketing system,and realize the transformation of the development mode of the company,as well as construct strong and smart grid with the backbone of UHV power grid and coordinated development of power at all levels and with informatization,automation,interactive features to realize the transformation of development mode.This paper made analysis on how to carry out the management work of electric power enterprise in the system reform of Three-Intensive Management and Five-Large Scale Development.
