Abstract

Objective To explore the 128-slice CT angiography of the anterior communicating artery complex variation and its correlation with incidence of anterior communicating artery aneurysm. Methods 60 cases of patients underwent CT brain angiography in our hospital were selected,26 cases(study group) with anterior communicating artery aneurysm,34 patients(control group) with no anterior communicating artery aneurysm, imaging performance of anterior communicating artery and anterior cerebral artery A1 part of two groups were compared, the relationship between anterior communicating artery aneurysm communicating and communicating artery complex variation was analyzed. Results ①A1 segment manifestations of two groups main were straight and the window-shaped,of which 54 cases(24 cases of study group,30 cases of control group) were straight,6 cases(2 cases of study group,4 cases of control group) were window-shaped,A1 segment type of two groups compared difference were not statistically significant(P 0.05).②There was a total of the A1 segment variation in 21 cases,of which the left side advantages in 14 cases(10 cases of study group,4 case of control group),the right side advantages in 7 cases(study group 2 cases, control group 5 cases),the A1 segment variation incidence of the left side was significantly higher and the right side and control group(P 0.05).③the anterior communicating artery mutation rate of the study group was significantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The 128-slice brain CT angiography can clearly show the variation of the anterior communicating artery complex, and the complex variation has an important relationship with the occurrence of the anterior communicating artery aneurysm.
