The Application of Stepper Motor Control Based on PLC in Surface Mounting Machine

Abstract

This paper introduces the application of the stepper motor control in surface mounting machine based on the XINJE XCM series PLC.Emphatically,the scheme of PLC-based stepper motor control system is discussed.Then,the realization method of its hardware and software is explained in detail by means of the example of z-axis of automatic chip mounting process.
