Abstract

Chinese industries are facing with great impact at the background of entering WTO.Fuzhou,as a province,coastal city and a new and high technology industrial development zone,is also confronted with new test for its economic structures.On the basis of analysis of current status in industrial development,existing issues in the process of industrial structure adjustment,some realizing methods of industrial structure adjustment and its upgrade are put forward in the construction process of west coast economic zone and in building up Fuzhou as a center city.
