Abstract
The standard applied modes of geometric flatness in new GPS(geometrical product specification),including the duality principle and common operation technology in new GPS system,and the expression,algorithm,data processing issues of the theoretical,specification and verification model,were investigated. A trial software system was developed,which presented the relationship among the parameters visually,achieved the specific application of the new GPS geometric flatness standard in the parts of cigarette machine.The software system offered a preferable usage for reference to further use the GPS standard and to express the tolerance information of the product design,manufacturing and inspection.
