Abstract

Contract settlement system is an important module of electricity market technology support system. The development and features of contract settlement system are discussed in this paper. The extension between contract settlement system and contract management system, the extension between contract settlement system and accounting system is defined respectively. Based on the cognizing model of settlement task, the structure of contract settlement system is issued. The data stream and the balance process of the contract settlement system are offered.
