Abstract
Using the three-divide in parts's maze test, the effects of D-galactose on the learning and memory mice and rats of were investigated. The results showed that: The groups( mice or rats) which were injected with D-galactose significantly decreased the number of correct response, but the effect on mice was more significant than that on rats. These results suggested that the D-galactose can induce inhibition of learning and memory in mice or rats.
