Abstract
CMAQ,a community multi-scale air quality developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency(EPA),has been widely used in the study of the formation,transport and assessment of air pollutants.In order to propose an effective way to solve air pollution problems in Urumqi and provide a reference for the related fields of science and technology workers,this paper summarized the application of CMAQ model in the simulation of haze pollution,ozone pollution and nuclear leakage accident,and then introduced an air quality forecasting system and an atmospheric environment capacity calculation method,which are developed on the basis of CMAQ model.
