On the Establishment of Studio Mode-based Innovation Team for Undergraduate

With the knowledge economy society competition getting more and more intense,the social demands for talents should not only stay in the professional knowledge and skill level,but also in the good communication skills and strong team work spirit level.The establishment of Undergraduate Innovation Team Mode based on studios contributes to the cultivation of healthy personality,good will quality and the team cooperation ability.Based on the present status and the existing problems of Undergraduate Innovation Team,in this paper we put forward the meaning of the Undergraduate Innovation Team establishment and the principles that should be obeyed and simultaneously present the solutions and suggestions to the problems such as how to enhance team building and how to cultivate the excellent team and so on.
