Abstract
Although the CPC’s pushing ahead with adapting Marxism to Chinese conditions was consistent from the unified perspective of history and logic, the theoretical meaning and practical principle of adapting Marxism to Chinese conditions were different under different situations and undertakings. In order to push further forward adapting Marxism to Chinese conditions under the present situation, the following works should be done: theoretically, guiding the China’s development by using Marxism in Modern China; enriching and developing constantly the Marxist world view and methodology in the practice of promoting socialism career with Chinese features; practically, resolving correctly the relationship between theory and practice, the relationship between Chinese culture and foreign culture, the relationship between scientific truths and values and the relationship between the theoretical essence and the scientific system, making Marxism more ethnic, timely, practicable and popular.
