In the new period,Pengzhen's thoughts of lawmaking became abundant and made progress.He made impor- tant indications on the importance of lawmaking,the basis of lawmaking,the route of lawmaking,the method of lawmaking, and etc,which had formed unique thoughts of lawmaking,and given great guidance to our country's lawmaking work.
