Existing Problems and Countermeasures in Performing Government Responsibility

The government responsibility contains security,justice,freedom and democracy.This paper analyzes problems in the current government responsibility and the reasons,and accordingly puts forward three policy proposals: the establishment of responsible government to cultivate the concept of government responsibility;foster civil society to establish and improve the supervision system;improve professional levels of government staff.
