Abstract
Liang Shuming’s thoughts practice of education experienced three conversions,which was accorded with the changes of his life and thoughts.First,Liang compared Chinese culture and with the West’s.Second,he criticized Chinese school education of youth radically.Third,he determined to engage himself in the progress of Chinese rural by rural education.We can discover the thinking and ambitions of the last Confucian in China in the early of 20th century from Liang’s experience.
