Clinical information service in evidence-based medical practice

The concepts of evidence-based medicine and the significance of its clinical practice are described. The difficulties and barriers of medical workers' access to the best evidence of evidence-based clinical practice are analyzed, and the current status of providing evidence-based clinical information service for clinicians at home and broad are expounded in detail. With reference to the models of providing evidence-based information service at broad, a model that China's medical information personnel should follow is put forward, described and assessed.
