The Urbanization Development Issues and Policy in China

Compared with the level of urbanization in developed western countries,Chinese urbanization level has a large gap.In addition,the development of urbanization lags behind Chinese economic development,which has restricted the economic and social development.The development of urbanization is an important evolution of urbanization and has impact on community development proceed.The problems are the process of urbanization in China is an alternative to urban development policy of urbanization policy,urbanization lags behind in industrialization, and lacks of inter-regional cooperation.This article combines the development of Chinese urbanization policy analysis and development problems,and raises the question that Chinese urbanization development policy should be planning of towns in cluster as the core of regional urban system,to accelerate the development of rural towns economy and establish a rational and efficient urban development financing mechanisms and market-based management system of rural urbanization.
