A Study On Zhang Jun-mai's Idealism of the Integrating of Morality and Nomocracy

Zhang Jun-mai's theory of integrating of morality and is combination of western and Confucian morality.He emphasized that two principles were very important for building a national country.The two principles were law and morality,which Zhang Junmai regarded as two extremely significant elements for establishing a national community.The philosophical ontology of Zhang Jun-mai is dualism on surface,but essentially it is a kind of idealism.On basis of his philosophical ontology,morality in fact is more important than and serves as base of integrating of morality and nomocracy.In order to find way of combination of morality and nomocracy,Zhang Junmai put forward his culture reconstruction theory.Nowaday,the modern New Confucian has done a lot of work in order to achieve goal of sage within and king outside.Likewise,Zhang Jun-mai also has brought forward theory of the integrating of morality and nomocracy in order to make goal come true.However,what they emphasize is only aspect of theoretical construction.In view of practical constructing of democratic and nomocratic society,we are always confronted with many great difficulties.
