Abstract

The Modelica/Dymola is a newly developed simulation software with features of an object-oriented and non-casual language for modeling of the large, multi-domain system, which makes the model easier to grasp , develop and maintain. In this paper, the Modelica was used in gas turbines simulation. As an example, a dual-axial gas turbine system was assembled by the Modelica and the reasonable simulation results were acquired, therefore, the application domain of the Modelica/Dymola was extended.
