Abstract
The overexpression Arabidopsis GEF7 transgenic plants which has been constructed, cultured in the light incubator, with wild-type plants. The seedling plants overexpressing GEF7 transgenic plants were observed and analyzed. The results showed that root length of seedling plants overexpressing GEF7 transgenic plants increased significantly compared to wild-type plants. Its cotyledon shape, number, and other aspects of seedling morphology were abnormal phenotype, suggesting GEF7 gene functions related to the root development, and involving in the regulation of plant development.
