Abstract
In order to improve ride comfort and road-friendliness of a heavy vehicle and to ensure truth and feasibility of constraints in the process of suspension parameter optimization,a way of gradient optimization combined ADAMS is proposed to optimize its suspension parameters.Based on ride comfort and road friendliness index, using gradient optimization method studies the influence of suspension system parameters on driver-crew comfort and the road damage, finally integrated optimization of suspension parameters in favor of ride comfort and road-friendly is obtained. This optimization method can help vehicle suspension design and its use.
