Abstract
Response Surface Method(RSM) was applied to optimize the extraction condition of hawthorn flavonoids. The influence factors of concentration of alcohol, extraction temperature, extraction time, ratio of liquid to solid were evaluated using a fractional factorial design. The experimental data were disposed by RSA of self-made MATLAB program. The optimum extraction conditions were confirmed as follows: concentration of alcohol 66%,extraction temperature 83 ℃,extraction time 2 h,ratio of liquid to solid 19:1.The extraction rate of flavonoids under this condition was 74.72%.The experimental values agreed with the predicted values.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
