Abstract
The 6 species of fruit trees of SOD activity were measured. The results showed that the activities of SOD decreased with the increasing of phonological time.Early mature cultivars showed lower SOD activities than late ripening.Cultivars had higher SOD activity of flower bud have higher SOD activity of fruit. The SOD activity in leaf and in root were similar for cultivars with axillary flower bud,but were higher in fruit than in leaf for cultivars with apical flower bud.High SOD activity decreased MDA content, whereas increased.
