Abstract

Firstly,two general methods about capacity planning of EDGE(Enhanced Data Rates for Global Evolution) radio network are introduced from customers and equipment.Then,aiming at the disadvantages of the two methods,a new method which considered both customers and equipment is produced.So the capacity planning about voice and data traffic is optimized,and the result of the planning is more connected with thereal network.
