Abstract
In order to obtain an ideal method of PCR primer design,the author completed primer design of target gene,using some databases and software tools for primer design,such as NCBI,Primer Premier 5.0 and so on,combined with the principle of primer design.Then made a research on optimization of conditions for PCR reaction after the designed primer was analyzed through BLAST comparison,comprehensive evaluation and gene re-test analysis.The results indicated that primers designed through these databases and softwares could basically meet the requirements of following RT-PCR reaction,and could make an in-depth study of molecular biology.
