On the Establishment of China's Adhockery Arbitration System

Abstract
The adhockery arbitration system,an important component of arbitration system as compared to institutional arbitration,is more flexible,convenient and economic,and meets the investor's requirement.The system is acceptable worldwide,and functions in solving international economic conflicts,though China doesn't have such system.It is proposed in this paper that the temporary arbitration system should be developed in China since China has more opportunities of international interaction.
