Study towards the Interactive Development of the Producer Service Industry and the Manufacturing Industry of Hunan Province

Based on the development status of producer service industry and manufacturing industry,integrated use of ADF unit root test,Johansen co- integration test,Granger causality test,through the establishment of VEC model( vector error correction model),this paper makes an empirical research interactions between the two industries. The study finds that interaction between producer service industry and manufacturing industry is not balanced,manufacturing industry to a great extent,promotes the development of producer service industry,but the development of producer service industry is not obvious to promote the development of manufacturing industry.Fixed asset investment and labor productivity are the main factors affecting the development of the manufacturing industry. To further promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in Hunan,we must accelerate the pace of development of producer services,and improve the producer service development environment,by building interactive platform of productive service industry and manufacturing industry,we can achieve interaction between the two industries to upgrade.
