Abstract
The experimental results in three years showed that nitrogen fertilizer was helpful to increase plant height,effective tillers,grains per panicle and leaf ages,but lowered grain plumpness and 1000-grain weight.However,the trend was not different significantly when the nitrogen amount reached 110 kg/hm2.The yield reached the highest when the nitrogen amount was 140 kg/hm2 and the returns were the highest when the nitrogen amount was 110 kg/hm2.With the increase of nitrogen fertilizer,the milling quality,appearance quality and eating quality decreased.
