Abstract
Chinese traditional painting art is influenced differently by aesthetic thought of Confucianism and Taoism in different times.The paintings in Han dynasty with their broadness and simplicity,ritual and natural blend,and varied spatial and temporal change reflect the blend and complementation of Confucianism and Taoism.The mysterious and tangible aesthetic sense behind the painting in Han dynasty can be revealed by analyzing reflected aesthetic thoughts.
