NGN took the correspondence network construction the next generation technology,was the recent years correspondence industry attention focal point.Each big telecommunication operation business all reduces the NGN achievement the operation cost,develops the new service,promotes the arpu value,the comprehensive promotion difference competitive ability weights.This article introduced the NGN production background and the concept,propose the NGN core technology and the service.
