Research on Relation between Open Innovation, Enterprise Technological Capacity and Innovation Performance

Based on literature review,the paper integrates technological capacity within enterprise internal factors into the study of open innovation mode influence on innovation performance,discusses the relationship between open innovation,enterprise technological capacity and innovation performance.The paper also proposes the hypothetical models which argues that enterprise technological capacity plays an intermediary role between the relationship of open innovation and innovation performance,open innovation has a positive role in promoting enterprise technological capacity,in addition,directly and indirectly through the enterprise technological capability,it positively affects innovation performance.The paper aims at providing theoretical guidance for the implementation of high-performance open innovation activities.
