Abstract

Taking corn stalk powder as the main raw material,the medium components of the aerospace mutant Aspergillus niger ZM - 8 with high cellulase activity for producing β - glucosidase by the orthogonal experiment was optimized based on the single factor experiment. The results showed that the effects of bran content(F=32. 414F0.01=6. 01)and nitrogen content(F=13. 716F0.01=6. 01)of the strain producing β - glucosidase were extremely significant level,the effect of water content was significant level(F=4. 251F0.05=3. 55). The optimization medium components of the strain producing β - glucosidase was as follows:the bran content was 35%,the nitrogen source was 1. 2% of (NH4)3PO4,the water content was 250% and the inoculation amount was 1∶ 18. Under these conditions,the β - glucosidase activity reached 42. 49U/ mL.
