Research of Relationship between Conidiation and Virulence of the Beauveria Bassiana to the Caterpillars

Abstract

The essay deals with the conidiation of 12 strains Beauveria bassiana from different host and the viru-lence of them to the larvae of the Masson's pine Caterpillar Dendrolimus punctatus . The result shows that there is a correlationship between the conidiation and the virulence of the fungi: LT50 = 84508N-0. 5.
