Study on Implementation Way of Flood Insurance in China

Abstract
Through studies on application of american flood insurance and problems of chinese flood insurance, China should implement mandatory, non commercial and flood insurance of policy under allowance of government. The fund of flood insurance includes allowance fee of government and premium and protection fee of flood control. In the mean time, the business risk of flood insurance has been discussed and lowered via extending insurance coverage and practicing reinsurance.
