Abstract
To compare the furnace structure,control system,operation mode and parameters of gas burning opening furnace and steel tube muffle.The conclusion is: gas burning opening furnace belongs to direct heating,has faster heating speed and higher thermal efficiency than steel tube muffle,save fuel 20% to 30%;inner atmosphere of opening furnace is adjustable,the pressure is controllable,compared with steel tube muffle the lead and acid wastage cut down on 11.9% and 4.7% respectively;the burners of opening furnace are fixed at side,so maintenance is more convenience than steel tube muffle whose burners are fixed along tube,the furnace temperature of steel tube muffle fluctuates easily and steel tube muffle cost increases due to the tube is easy to burn damage;the Dv value increases 4~5 mm·m/min with opening furnace;experiment shows that the mechanical properties change small with the two kind of furnace.
