Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the control effects of matrine-nicotine missible oil with 1.2% potency on Clostera anachoreta larvae.[Method] Dilutions of matrine-nicotine missible oil with 1.2% potency(1∶600,1∶800 and 1∶1 000)were prepared with water and then sprayed to control Clostera anachoreta.[Result] After the larvae were sprayed with 1∶600,1∶800 and 1∶1 000 dilutions, the death rates were 99.2%,96.9% and 77.6%,respectively;and the corrected mortality was 99.1%,96.5% and 75.6%,respectively.The t test revealed significant difference in the death rate and corrected mortality between different dilutions.[Conclusion] The best control effects Clostera anachoreta larvae can be achieved by spraying 1∶600 dilutions of matrine-nicotine missible oil with 1.2% potency.
