Abstract

SCP from starch by-product by solid-state fermentation was studied. The results indicate that ingredients of materials have an effect on yeast breeding. The best conditions of solid-state fermentation are: temperature 30℃, moisture 60%, and inoculation concentration 15%. The content of crude protein in the mixture increases 8%~10%.
