On the Issues Concerning Agriculture,Countryside and Farmers and the Selection of Public Policies

This paper probes into the history and the status quo of the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers.A series of malfunction of the Government's selection in public policies is also mentioned.The reason for the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers to grow serious is a disorder of public policy formulating function,dim law awareness and an incarnation of individual or group volition.The foundation of ruling is being shaken by these negative elements.This paper finally produces an outlet for the selection of public policies and the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers.
