Research on Protein Antigens of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis

Tuberculosis(TB) is a major cause of morbidity and mortality throughout the world.Early diagnosis patient and select sensitive anti-tuberculosis's drug is the key to control the tuberculosis.The diagnosis rate of tuberculosis is low,the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate of tuberculosis is highly,result drug-resistance to become more serious every day.Simple,rapid and precise immuno-logic diagnosis play more import role in tuberculosis's diagnosis.This review is based on the research of proteantigen of immunologic diagnosis.
