The research of automobile anti-rusting wax

Method of preparing anti-rusting wax-emulsion with oxidized wax was studied.Factors of affecting emulsion stability,such as the quantity of oxidized wax and complex emulsifier,emulsifying temperature,stirring speed,emulsifying time,and anti-rusting type and agent,were investigated.Experiment results showed that one stable wax-emulsion can be prepared when quantity of oxidized wax is 15%,quantity of complex emulsifier is 7%,emulsifying temperature is 85～90 ℃,stirring speed is 1000 r/min,and emulsifying time is 40 min.One good anti-rusting wax-emulsion for automobile can be prepared when the antirust T-704 was selected.
