Abstract
Through the analyses of the six parent materials paddy soils in Anhui Province, the fluoride(F)content in different paddy soils and its influential factors were studied. The results showed that the paddy soils derived from different parent materials had significant differences in the content of soil total fluoride(T-F)and soil water-soluble fluoride(Ws-F).The T-F content of paddy soils ranged from 274.3 mg·kg-1 to 631.5 mg·kg-1,with an average of 456.8 mg·kg-1,and the Ws-F content ranged from 0.64 mg·kg-1 to 9.51 mg·kg-1,with an average of 4.13 mg·kg-1.Soil basic properties and parent materials were major factors affecting soil fluoride. There was remarkable correlation between T-F and soil clay contents,Ws-F and soil pH value,Ws-F and soil organic matter content. The factor analysis showed that soil texture was the major factor for the T-F of paddy soils, and soil chemical property was the major factor for the Ws-F.If the soil water-soluble fluoride is considered to be critical level, most of the tested paddy soils were polluted.
