Abstract

589nm radiation generated by the sum frequency generation(SFG) with double-axis crystals KTP and LBO from lasers of 1064nm and 1319nm is analyzed.Nonlinear susceptibility tensor for the sum frequency generation is derived and validated in the second harmonic generation.Phase-matching for SFG is calculated and the optimal phase-matching angle and effective sum frequency coefficient are given.
