Abstract

From the analysis of the time background,as well as the intension and extension?of powerful sports nation,this paper puts forward that our country are moving towards to powerful sports nation,which needs to carefully grasp the conjunction of the sports spirit,the sports culture and needs to support the people oriented system.The author also thinks that it is necessary to construct a fair,objective,general appraisal standard and a social sports development index.
