Abstract
The life test of aero engine component reliability is very expensive. To obtain effective results, multi samples of simulation components are used in the life test of reliability to make up for the lack of test samples and obtain the life of component reliability. This paper probes into the design method of simulation samples for aero engine components that used in the test of low cycle fatigue. Discussion is also made on life model, design principle and typical configuration of simulation test samples.
