Strict and normative information disclosure system is the core to keep the securities market stability,and the focus to consolidate the investor's confidence.It has become the core fundamental of modern securities market.The perfecting of information disclosure of securities market in our country is the emphasis target of securities market whole developing,and the perfect securities laws are the powerful guarantee to the building of securities market information disclosure system.
