It is ne cessary to strengthen the responsibility of administrator. what's more,medical ethics is a crucial component contributing to the development,reform and initiation of hospital. As for the common problems of medical ethics among the hospitals, we should reinforce the management, realize the purpose of management, and perfect our regulations to bring our management work into a regular orbit. We also should/strengthen internal self restriction, and encourage public supervision. And at the sametime we should put up medical ethics education in various forms.
